Our first full day was a walking adventure.
A few highlights included the welcoming goat, a free roaming cow, tuk tuks and playful monkeys!
The path from the cottage takes us to Mirissa Beach. Here, we saw a cow. Just there. Doing her thing.
I experienced another first – my first time seeing a tuk tuk.
This is a three-wheeled motorized rickshaw that is commonly used for transportation in Southeastern Asia.
On our way back to the cottage, the welcoming goat was resting on their doorstep.
The monkeys were out, swimming and having fun.
Supper included “booby” rice.
