The day was turning damp, grey with cold seeping into our bones.
On our way back to the ship, we came across the Galeone Neptune, a replica of a 17th-century galleon designed for the film Pirates by Roman Polanski. In 2011, she portrayed the Jolly Roger, the ship of Captain Hook, in the TV miniseries Neverland.
Then, we noticed the Nazario Sauro Submarine Museum.
After a full day of exploring Genoa, we settled back into the warm comforts of our cabin on the cruise ship.

We didn’t even think of renting a scooter….we were in low energy…wandering mode that day…..
