Piazza San Lorenzo – Genoa Cathedral Located in the Piazza San Lorenzo, this magnificent cathedral was the centre point. The Genoa Cathedral is the seat of the archbishop of Genoa and dates back to the 5th or 6th century AD. The cathedral felt old, very old. Like walking back into renaissance history.
