- Purposefully make a choice not listen to, or believe the negative narrative about myself or other people, places or things.
- Become mindful of my present moment.
- Check the facts, shifting to observant, curious intent.
- Focus on gratitude and something that makes me happy.
- Say a Metta/Loving Kindness prayer for myself and others to cultivate compassion.
- Let Go and Let The Universe Unfold
