Sesame Street aired on PBS.
Monty Python’s Flying Circus aired in the UK.
John Lennon and Yoko Ono stage a bed-in for peace in Amsterdam.
During the Bed-In at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, John Lennon and Yoko Ono record Give Peace a Chance.
A lot has happened since 1969, but two things are constant: Scooby Doo and Sesame Street.
And sadly, we still need to Give Peace a Chance.
