5 Principles of Reiki
Just for today, I will not worry
Just for today, I will not be angry
Just for today, I will do my work honestly
Just for today, I will be kind to all living things
Just for today, I will be grateful for my many blessings
Psychologist and researcher Joanne Davilla suggests 3 skills are necessary to be romantically competent and have healthy relationships with all people in our life:
- Insight – Knowing what is right for you
- Mutuality – both people have needs and both needs matter
- Emotional Regulation – the ability to stay calm, have perspective and know that everything is going to be okay.
I ask myself:
Do I authentically know what is right for me? Do I align my life with my values and beliefs?
Do I authentically know what my needs are as well as respect the needs of others?
Do I have the ability to emotionally regulate? To stay calm, have perspective, and know everything is going to be okay?

Reiki Master Stephanie Wells

I’m a Reiki Master Teacher of Usui Shiki Ryoho – the Usui System of Natural Healing.
In 2017 and 2018, Reiki Master Teacher Erica Blackburn attuned me in Levels I, II, and IIIA in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
In 2019, while in Mararikulam, India, I re-attuned in Levels I, II, and IIIA. In addition, Reiki Master Teacher VP Rajasekharan also attuned me as a Level IIIB Master Teacher.

Three very important skills in any relationship.
Agreed! 🌻
