5 Principles of Reiki
Just for today, I will not worry
Just for today, I will not be angry
Just for today, I will do my work honestly
Just for today, I will be kind to all living things
Just for today, I will be grateful for my many blessings
I feel powerless over my life when I am living aligned to someone else’s values.
If I allow another person to determine how to live my life, I will constantly seek their approval and appreciation to know if I am “living life properly”.
I am not honouring who I truly am.
Defining my terms, knowing what my values are, then aligning my life to them means I am stepping into my authentic self.
I will no longer need the approval of other people.
Because I am living my life, my way; I am me!
Today, I will be kind to myself as I live by my terms.
Today, I will be kind to you, and respect your life and your terms.
Let us honour and be kind to each other.

In 2019, while in Mararikulam, India, I re-attuned in Levels I, II, and IIIA. In addition, Reiki Master Teacher VP Rajasekharan also attuned me as a Level IIIB Master Teacher.
