Peaceful & Calm

How are you feeling right now?

This morning I feel peaceful and calm.

I have:

  • written in my gratitude journal
  • journaled my troubling thoughts
  • read my DBT daily card (today’s message is Loving Kindness… May I be Happy..)
  • read the 12 Step’s Daily Reflection
  • am now ready to blog
  • all while enjoying morning coffee
  • with the sun shining in a clear blue sky.

May you be happy.

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

May you be at peace.
