How are you feeling right now?
This morning I feel peaceful and calm.
I have:
- written in my gratitude journal
- journaled my troubling thoughts
- read my DBT daily card (today’s message is Loving Kindness… May I be Happy..)
- read the 12 Step’s Daily Reflection
- am now ready to blog
- all while enjoying morning coffee
- with the sun shining in a clear blue sky.

May you be healthy.
