What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

Exercise.

It’s paramount for my mental, emotional and spiritual well-being with the added benefit of physical health. This summer, to help recover from a knee injury, I slowly increased distance and now swim a minimum of 800 metres a day in the beautiful lake that lines our front yard.

My knee is almost better.

    I feel the same way – I seriously am amazed by people who never exercise & don’t need it for mental health
