As I approach the 7th decade of my life, I am realizing the significant importance of connection to my life and my marriage.
To be more willing to let go, to trust the process.
To be present, connected to my life, not lost in a monkey-mind of whirlwind thoughts.
To let love, the action, be my marriage’s guide, while letting go of “sweating the small stuff”.
Life is too short, love each other while you can.

What Gives You Direction In Life?
I pause, to listen within.
Then I am capable of hearing what is true for me, my innermost values.
This knowing is my moral compass that guides the direction I take in life.
I am tapped into the Authentic Source of who I am and why I am here.
I believe every person’s moral compass is directed by a Supernatural Energy of Love.
This Divine Energy connecting all sentient beings together, as one, on Planet Earth.
