How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?
My goal is to lose weight as well as a return to a regular morning exercise routine that includes stretching while listening to a guided meditation to calm my mind.
Therefore, I am setting boundaries with myself when I say “no” to buying lots of processed treats when grocery shopping, or “no” to myself when I want to lay in bed for five more minutes before getting up early to have time to exercise and stretch before leaving for work.

When I was younger, I enjoyed stretching. However, I found out as we get older stretching is essential to our mobility, condition, health, body, mind and spirity. Who would have thought stretching could touch the boundaries of our lives in so many ways? I still stretch every moring as well. Good for you, Joyful Stepanie. Those are good goals! I also need to limit the processed foods!
Life is so busy, that quick and easy processed food simplifies cooking supper. Saves time. It’s so hard to step back from that!
