If there was a biography about you, what would the title be?

2026

Since creating Joyful Stephanie – Living an Authentic Life, I’ve done a lot of inner work to step into the wise, calm woman I want to be.

This includes a 12-Step program for my alcoholism, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for a later in life diagnoses of Borderline Personality Disorder and Histrionic Personality Disorder, and most recently Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma.

Currently, I attend Recovery Dharma, a Buddhist approach to addictions of any kind.

I have fallen in love with this. Being a part of a Sangha (community) while learning the Dharma (teachings) of the Four Noble Truths and Eightfold Path.

Therefore, my biography title would be: Embracing Authenticity & Inner Peace: The Story Of Joyful Stephanie

My Biography Title: Joyful Stephanie

At work, I am know for my laughter and positive energy.

My parents say I am successful at job interviews and have good stick-to-it-ness.

Michael’s daughter once told me when there is something wrong (within myself) I work to make it better.

Most of the time, says Michael, my default state is joyful.

I’ll take it!
