We live in rural Nova Scotia, Canada.
We have all sorts of wildlife.
Bobcats, coyotes, bears, foxes, deer, eagles, loons, squirrels, raccoons, porcupines, chipmunks, bluejays, etc…
One morning I was swimming off our lakefront and there were seven loons just across the bay. It was a beautiful swim as I swam as close as I could, following them for a bit.
During another swim, a loon popped up behind me, so close I could see his red eyes and could have touched him.
Only once did I see a deer on our property.
One summer day a fearless porcupine stopped by for visit.
I’ve seen one large bobcat near our property.
As well, one beautiful coyote near our property.
Eagles circle overheard all the time.
I have yet to capture a photo of deer, eagles, coyotes and bobcats who are always around us. I borrowed the photo of the bobcat from our village Facebook group from one who was fortunate enough to get a photo of these beautiful cats.

I love your place, Stephanie. It’s so beautiful. And, I have a little shocking reaction to the small snake you are holding. I’m afraid of that animal.
There must be much bigger snakes where you live! You live in Southern Asia?
Yes, in Southeast Asia. We see sometimes snakes here, which I run if there is😁🤭🤭Big or small, I’m afraid just it’s form.🤭
