What are our top three favourite meals?

1. Beyond Steak Tips on a brioche bun with a layer of mayo, tomatoes, and topped with lots of cheese – melted in the oven.
2. Haddock fillets baked in the oven severed with baby potatoes and vegetables.
3. Tofu marinated in Butter Chicken sauce served on plain rice.

There are so many we can pick from!

We enjoy baked salmon with rice or potatoes and veggies.

Seafood or tofu curry dishes with rice and veggies.

Tuna melts with side salad.

Grilled cheese sandwiches served with salad.

Fluffy scrambled eggs topped with cheese.

Toasted cheese bun (from Costco) layered with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes then seasoned with salt and pepper.

Protein pancakes topped with real maple syrup.

And so on….
