This is a world of either too much or too little.
I am overwhelmed with too much choice and opinion.
So, do I listen to podcasts?
No.
I’m learning to listen to my own voice, my gut, my intuition. They help me navigate this world of too many choices and opinions.
That said, I stay teachable. I prefer reading books. Holding a book, highlighting it, writing in the margins. Reading aloud to my husband when we’re both learning from it.
As well as discovering books in a small, quaint second-hand bookstore. Especially on a rainy afternoon.

I miss the used book store that used to be near me. I prefer to turn a page rather than tapping a screen.
Me, too! My favourite finds in a used book store I loved (no longer there as well) was Dorothy Sayers’ Lord Peter Wimsey novels. I feel in love with that quirky detective.
