5 Principles of Reiki
Just for today, I will not worry
Just for today, I will not be angry
Just for today, I will do my work honestly
Just for today, I will be kind to all living things
Just for today, I will be grateful for my many blessings
This morning I am thinking about the weather.
Yesterday, while driving home from work, there was a sun halo over the setting sun.
A sun halo typically indicates a low pressure system is moving in.
This morning, I am grateful for sun halos, snow and rain.
I am thankful for the beauty of the changing seasons.
Like the beauty of the changing seasons of life.

That last sentence of your post is wonderful . . .
Inspired by Stevie Nicks’ song Landslide. 🌻
🙂
How many folks would not have noticed the sun halo. Totally unaware of natures gift. You really captured a beautiful moment! Also I agree with Brett that last sentence of your post is wonderful . . .😍🤗💛
Thanks mama… 🌻💛
I don’t know much Reiki, but I’ve heard about it for years. For some reason, I associated it with Yoga. When, I think about my body cringes in places I forgot I had, but these principles are doable. Thank you for sharing.
Reconnecting to our bodies, what they need and are telling us isn’t easy. I’ve had to slow down enough to listen. Reiki helps with this. As does yoga. 🌻💛
