Thinking About Love

I think a lot about love.

I believe it’s my purpose in life.

Well, it’s everyone’s purpose, isn’t it?

I think about situations when it’s easy to open my heart, other situations I struggle.

I think about love’s give and take.

I think about how confusing love can feel.

One minute it is messy, the next calm and peaceful.

I think about the many types of love – love for family, love for friends, love for my husband.

Then there is this pervasive love that is me, that radiates within wherever I go.

It manifests out there in the world as kindness, compassion, laughter and joy.
