I’ve eaten a lot of delicious foods in a variety of countries.
As I sip my morning coffee, the first food I remember as the most delicious I’ve ever eaten was in Prague, Czech Republic.
This particular memory happened December of 2017, and is still vivid and delightful.
What was this tasty food that merits instant recall through a foggy, morning brain?
It was fried bacon–wrapped cheese.
I find it amusing this particular food memory popped into my head.
Why?
Since 2020, Michael and I stopped eating chicken, beef and pork.
That said, I know the reason: it was my exhilarated reaction to eating this savoury delight.
At that time, two of my favourite foods were mixed in a way I hadn’t seen or tasted before.
I still remember how excited I was when I first looked at fried bacon–wrapped cheese.
And how utterly divinely tasty it was.

I had a quail wrapped crisped bacon appetizer that was shared at the table. It was delicious.
I don’t eat bacon, but that sounds good.
Thanks for your like of my most recent post, “Jewish Prophets 1 – Introduction;” and so many more of them; you are very kind.
