5 Principles of Reiki
Just for today, I will not worry
Just for today, I will not be angry
Just for today, I will do my work honestly
Just for today, I will be kind to all living things
Just for today, I will be grateful for my many blessings


Resilience
Resilience is bouncing back from difficult situations.
Sometimes I bounce back quickly.
Other times, not so much.
My ability to bounce back depends on the amount of emotional pain involved.
As I process the emotional pain, I come to understand why it hurts so much.
Slowly, I wrap myself with compassion.
I start to feel the strength to rise into a reset, a fresh start.
Just for today, I will not worry.
I know I have the ability to be resilient, and bounce back, feeling stronger and wiser than I did before!

I’m a Reiki Master Teacher of Usui Shiki Ryoho – the Usui System of Natural Healing.
In 2017 and 2018, Reiki Master Teacher Erica Blackburn attuned me in Levels I, II, and IIIA in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
In 2019, while in Mararikulam, India, I re-attuned in Levels I, II, and IIIA. In addition, Reiki Master Teacher VP Rajasekharan also attuned me as a Level IIIB Master Teacher.
