If you had to sum up your life philosophy in one sentence, what would it be?

Hmm…
After decades of struggling with mental health, alcoholism, trauma, underemployment and job instability, complicated social connections, and some not-so-great romantic relationship choices, my life philosophy would be:
Search for your authentic self—you’re in there—and take the time to heal, to get radically honest with yourself, then align your values and beliefs with your choices, and gently release whatever no longer reflects who you truly are so you can live as your most genuine self.
