What’s the bravest thing you’ve ever done when no one was watching?
Hmmmm…
It’s 6:29am. Just taking my first sips of morning coffee.
Being brave, when no one is watching, means being true to myself, my feelings and values.
Especially in the workplace.
I’m not paid to like everyone I work with, and I don’t have to pretend that I do.
I am kind when I have to interact while keeping a neutral, professional distance from them.
That, to me, is being brave when no one is watching.
