Teresa was born in Havana, and the plot of her latest book takes place at the Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski, also in Havana.
First, we would tour her birth city, then settle into Teresa’s favourite restaurant to enjoy delicious Cuban food and lively conversation, all while celebrating the success of her newest book, The Novel Detective.

Bueno, in La Habana, I would love to treat you to dinner at La Bodeguita del Medio. We will have to order arroz congrí (rice and black beans cooked together), grilled fish, and muchos tostones (green plantains smashed and twice-fried until crispy). I love the images too.
