Tonight is Garangao.
Garangao is celebrated in the Persian Gulf region during Ramadan.
This celebration takes place on the 14th night, when half of the fasting month is over.
It is a traditional children’s party celebrated at Iftar (the breaking of the fast).
Tonight, Muslim children all across Qatar will sing special songs, visit friends and neighbours to gather sweets and nuts, and to enjoy many other festive activities.
Today, I received this Garangao goodie bag of candy, chocolate and nuts from a Qatari mom.
Thank you Mai. ♥️

Beautiful. Very thoughtful. Love this.
Stephanie, the gift is very beautiful. The fact that it was given to you by a Qatari mom shows how you are held in high esteem in her heart.
A moment to be treasured for sure. 💗💗💗😍
