A phase in life that was difficult to say goodbye to was the ease of travel while living in Qatar.
During our four years in the Middle East, Michael and I traveled to over 20 countries on three continents.
We miss traveling together, as we enjoyed our time together exploring new cultures, rich history and trying new adventures.

Leaving Qatar
All things come to an end.
This is a Universal Truth.
Michael and I loved our time in Qatar.
That said, 2019 was a good year for us to leave.
Small ways within the country were changing as Qatari’s were replacing expatriates hired to train them.
As well, Michael and I are anti-COVID vaccinators. During the pandemic, Qatar required residents to have them. You could not live there or enter the country without it.
We look back at our time in Qatar with fond memories.
We had fantastic jobs, made great friends and had extraordinary adventures traveling throughout Europe, Asia and Africa.
