Recently, I am working with my therapist on trusting myself and others.

It’s a baby-step process, and a meaningful one as I discern the many ways I can trust someone, along with the continuum it slides on.

So, I move from the Stuck Point of “No one is trustworthy“, to telling myself, “I am open to connecting with others and building meaningful relationships”.

A life lesson I’m truly starting to understand is to put my focus on those who want to be in my life instead of those who do not.

People come into my life for a reason, a season or a lifetime.

To observe and meet people where they are at.
