5 Principles of Reiki
Just for today, I will not worry
Just for today, I will not be angry
Just for today, I will do my work honestly
Just for today, I will be kind to all living things
Just for today, I will be grateful for my many blessings
A lot has happened in the last six months.
- We’ve traveled to Georgia, Azerbaijan, India, Jordan, and Maldives
- I celebrated turning 50 years old in the small fishing village of Mararikulam, India
- We repatriated back to Canada from Qatar without a home to move into
- We landing in Montreal, Canada
- While in Ontario, we bought a 5th wheel to live in
- We drove the 5th wheel to Nova Scotia
- While looking for property we lived in our 5th wheel
- We bought property to build on, but can’t access it until a bridge is built
- For the cold winter ahead, we’ve moved from the 5th wheel to a small cabin in the woods
- I started back to work within the public education system after four years working at a private, international school.
I feel tired out.
Exhausted.
I’ve never felt like this, as I am usually high energy.
It feels unnatural. Like I’ve lost myself.
However, I believe my body, mind and spirit need time to regenerate.
Time to settle into this new chapter of my life.
