Moon Mist is a popular flavour of ice cream created in Nova Scotia during the 60’s.
It’s been my favorite flavour of ice cream since I was a little girl.
Moon Mist is a combination of yellow, purple and blue colours. These colours are said to represent the flavours of banana, grape, and bubble gum.
I don’t exactly taste the distinction of each flavour.
To me, it is one flavour – Moon Mist!
