I heard Kuwait’s climate feels incredibly hot even to Saudi Arabs.
I was there in November, and do not remember the heat being noticeable compared to Qatar – as the Middle East headed into the “cooler” season!
As for me, I need 37°C to feel comfortable without a jacket or at least a knit vest…
