We were back on Mykonos for one more afternoon and night! Our hotel this time was located in the heart of Mykonos – the village of Mykonos – called the Chora.  It was during this stay that we entered into the glamour of what this island is known for….partying and where the wealthy come to play…..

View from our hotel – overlooking Chora.  The true centre of Chora is the cluster of white buildings closer to the water.  Cars are not allowed the centre, which is a maze of narrow streets lined with trendy and expensive shops, cafes, art galleries and restaurants!

Our first stop  – the Windmills of Mykonos!  These iconic landmarks are a real tourist attraction and the gateway into the heart of Chora……..
